FastCare

IVCH has opened a retail health clinic at the Peru Walmart, located at 5307 Route 251.

The IVCH FastCare clinic offers convenient and economical health care for minor conditions and symptoms.

The cost of a FastCare visit is $57, including lab fees, and insurance can be billed. The clinic is open to anyone.

IVCH FastCare takes walk-in patients only. "If there is a wait, people can take silent pagers that can be used in the store and will alert them when the nurse practitioner is ready," says Tommy Hobbs, IVCH CEO.

In addition, faster pharmacy service will be provided, based on immediate transmittal of prescriptions to the Walmart pharmacy or other location of the patient’s choice.

Treatment is provided for:

Allergies
Athlete’s foot.
Bladder infections (in females 12 years and older)
Cold and flu symptoms
Cold sores
Ear infections
Impetigo
Insect bites
Laryngitis
Minor burns and rashes
Minor sunburn
Mononucleosis
Pharyngitis
Poison ivy
Ring worm
Sinus infections
Sore throat
Styes/pinkeye
Swimmer’s ear
Upper respiratory infections

Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sundays, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

On holidays when Walmart is open, the clinic is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
